In our region of Ohio\, immigrants are an essential part of the fabric of the community and the economy. One organization\, HOLA—Hispanas Organizadas de Lake y Ashtabula (Hispanic Women’s League of Lake and Ashtabula Counties)—has been working for almost 30 years to support newly arrived immigrants and advocate for the rights of Latinos and immigrants. \nPlease join us on Thursday as Veronica Isabel Dahlberg\, Executive Director and President of HOLA\, speaks to us about her organization and how we can all support immigrants in our community.
